Brandon Miller has been the CEO of AWC Solutions for over 16 years. AWC designs, manufactures, and integrates water and wastewater treatment plants for a variety of industrial and municipal applications. Under Brandon’s leadership, the AWC has grown from three employees when he began, to over one hundred today. His down-to-earth approach fosters an inclusive workplace culture and encourages open communication and continuous improvement across the organization. His balanced skill set, encompassing strategic planning, financial management, legal, M&A, and team leadership, has been fundamental to the company’s success.
