EPA Announces RFI: Products Used In Water Infrastructure Projects Subject To BABA – Register For Informational Webinar Today

EPA’s Amended SRF Design Planning Waiver is Final
EPA’s Office of Water announced the Amended BABA Public Interest Waiver for State Revolving Fund (SRF) and Water Infrastructure Projects that Initiated Design Planning prior to May 14, 2022 is final and has been signed. It can be viewed here. For a copy of the announcement click HERE.

This initiative is crucial for the water and wastewater technology industry as it may lead to changes in treatment technologies or impact utility decisions under new regulations.
