July 18, 2024, Denver, Colorado

WWEMA, in collaboration with SWPA and participation of the U.S. EPA, is hosting a BABA Summit on July 18th, in Denver, Colorado. With EPA moving forward with the implementation of the Build America, Buy America Act (BABA), and with key decisions starting to come out of EPA and other federal agencies, WWEMA is hosting a day long Summit where EPA, WWEMA and SWPA members will discuss “what if” scenarios and BABA applicability. During this small in-person setting in Denver, CO, participants will be able to discuss the scenarios that can help manufacturers navigate BABA compliance. The discussion with EPA will be followed by a discussion with WWEMA members only on next steps and actions that WWEMA and SWPA can take to help our members. Cost is $350 per person for in-person. Virtual format is now available for cost of $250, allowing for up to 5 emails per registration.
