Susi Ricker

Susi is an experienced solutions architect and operations manager. Her expertise spans from business operations, IT structure, accounting, contracts and knowledge management to marketing, CRM design/data analytics, event management, and graphic design. She has been a familiar face at WWEMA for the last six years. In her previous role as a project management consultant, she led and completed multifaceted long-term projects which focused on the creation, marketing, implementation, and monitoring of an innovative system for storing electronic contracts and automating subscription-based IT services.
