This week the Council of Infrastructure Financing Authorities sent a letter – signed by most of the water sector – to the White House urging that it fully fund the Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds (SRFs) at $3.25 billion, each, in the Fiscal Year 2025 Budget.
